My boyfriend says I need to more clearly define my expectations, and it may be true that my expectations were unreasonable for the service I paid for. But I think professionals who specialize in one task should do as good as or a better job than I would... To their credit, they did call to verify my satisfaction, but I had left town right after the service and my 5 day window was up before I looked closely at the floor..."

I do have some caveats, however. Emanuel told me that the grout was an epoxy grout. It is, in fact, typical sanded grout. It looks nice, but will require greater maintenance than epoxy. Additionally, I never got a receipt for my payment, despite asking for one. I recommend that you know exactly what you want before contacting Sharp Tile and Design, and get Emanuel to sign a contract with all the details. Otherwise, Emanuel might convince you to alter your vision. He is a persuasive fast talker, and it can be difficult to know whether his suggestions are in your best interest or his. Also, for your records, do not make payment without getting an immediate receipt."
