"Jason and his brother Brian are solid guys. They were fair, responsible, communicative and actually showed up to work when they said they would. We renovated 4 bathrooms and tiled the downstairs areas. Jason Had no issue with doing butt joint instal on the 24x48 porcelain floors. For the bathrooms, him and his brother did all the demo, re-plumbed and installed the hardware, trim and lighting. Everything was fine first class. They did all 45 degree cuts instead of square and they had no issue with a few change orders during the process. I am in the process of doing the kitchen now with them and am very pleased with the work and the effort. The price was negotiated and other than the few extras I wanted they base price did not change even though materials changed in price. I do recommend them as they are fair, reasonable and most importantly responsible."

"Addressed my original need (repair caulking and grout in a walk-in shower). Expertly assessed the state of the grout in the whole bathroom and recommended cleaning and sealing. I accepted the evaluation and proposal. They did a great job. The 27-year-old bathroom (possibly only 15 years old depending on how extensive the previous owner's renovations were) looks newly installed! I will definitely engage Marvel when I'm ready to clean and seal the entire first floor (same tile and grout) now that I know what it can look like!"

"I contacted Home Advisors. I needed to have an outside tile walk and front entry floor replaced. They sent me a Contractor Quality General Services. They contacted me right away and came out the next day to give me an estimate. The contractor was very professional, knowledgeable and good attitude. He provided a fair estimate of the job. I approved the work and they were able to start the next day. The workers were skillful, conscientious, and took pride in doing good work. They stayed with the job and after two days, the work was completed. I was so please and satisfied with their work. Other neighbors have complimented on the beautiful work also. "Akim is the real deal. Punctual, professional, and regarding his work the repair he did was work only an artisan could do it. He repaired it in a creative intelligent way. "Our floors look incredible. We're very happy with how quickly the demo for the existing tile and installation of new tile went. There were a few bumps in the process but Dimas was very responsive in helping resolve any issues. The contractors left our house pretty messy (with dust, nails, trash) and we had to ask them to come back out a few times to clean up. Dimas ended up sending out a separate cleaning company to clean up which we were very happy with. Our biggest issue was the state they left our newly painted walls in. We had just painted our entire house before having our floors installed (in hindsight I definitely don't recommend doing things in this order) and they left them with several scrapes and dings in each room. We now have to have our entire house repainted. They didn't really take responsibility for the condition of the walls and even said it wasn't their fault. For those of you who have just painted or don't plan on repainting after flooring installation, I'd caution you with using this company. Otherwise, they did a great job with our floors."
