"John came out the same day I called him. We did the job ourselves after getting professional advice from him. He didn't charge us and possibly saved us thousands. Would highly recommend John to anyone who needs masonry work."

"Bill and his coworker did an outstanding job installing backsplash tile in our kitchen. They were able to accommodate our changing schedule . They arrived on time, did their work, and left the area clean. They followed through a few days later to make sure the job met to our satisfaction and to check for any areas that needed attention. I would definitely recommend them, and would use them in the future ."

"Great. He did a fabulous job of removing all old grout and caulking in my shower and replacing it with new. Very clean, methodical, professional work. I would hire again."

"Quick service. Steve was a good guy he explained well what he was doing and he used his drone to show the finish work including pictures. He was in control to keep the place clean. Good job will use again"

"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"

"Very nice company to deal with. Called me to say they would be late. Did a great job on our grout and tile."

"Took to long! Worked one day and didn't show for days! Gave me a price for another small tile job and never showed or returned messages! Very nice but unorganized and undependabld!"

"I?m still waiting or them to finish. Taper has had family issues that have delayed the project. Otherwise all good."

"Very professional and showed up when they said they would. I had them skim coat some walls damaged when I removed backsplash. Will hire again"

"arrived on time, made the repair, cleaned up and left with all work completed."
