He is all hands from being to end. Excellent measuring and tiling/grout skills on uneven walls, symmetrical and flawless. Outstanding integrity, the mirror I bought was to large and he came back after the project was completed and paid for to install the mirrors. Ancelmo installed new plumping for a second sink, a new toilet, vanity/mirrors, tub with shower door, tub shower system, along with tiling the tub walls, vanity wall, and floors——thank you so very much Ancelmo!"

"Our experience with Pyramid Granite echoes the other rave reviews on Angie's List.  We visited their showroom in search of a small piece for the counter of our wet bar, and the staff treated us as respectfully as if we were making a much larger purchase.  After we narrowed the remnants to two leading contenders, salesperson Degi looked at our choices and, at our encouragement, was willing to offer her opinion - which we greatly appreciated.  We were even more impressed that she recommended the much cheaper option.  We measured and installed the granite piece ourselves, but installation went seamlessly because Pyramid Granite's fabrication of the granite was impeccable.  We also were very pleased that they sell sinks and faucets on-site at their cost, so we were able to streamline our process and do so cost-effectively.  When we have the budget to replace our kitchen counters with granite, we'll definitely use Pyramid Granite again.  Highly recommend.

"Don’t let the name fool you. Looney’s is brilliant when it comes to tiling kitchens and bathrooms. When contractors did a horrendous tiling job on our kitchen that I thought was beyond repair, Looney’s took it as a personal mission to not only repair the damage to the walls, but to also bring a level of perfection and service to the job that I have never witnessed before in a service profession. We were so impressed with the knowledge, ability, professionalism and attention to detail that when I came time to clean and regrout the tile in the two upstairs bathrooms, the call went straight to Looneys. The technicians show up when promised (with a call about 30 minutes before to let us know he was on the way), and he even take shoes off inside the house (which we require in our house, but many service people fail to do). We are extremely pleased and when we’re ready to get the other stuff fixed, we’ll definitely call Looney’s for an estimate. There is none other."

His quote was very reasonable. He ended up doing two tile jobs for us - a kitchen backsplash and a ceramic tile kitchen floor. They look absolutely amazing and I really appreciated his suggestions for tile layout and after care. I would absolutely use him again and highly recommend his company."

"Dale and the Grout Masters crew did an awesome job replacing a dozen broken porcelain tiles in our kitchen. Dale was prompt in providing a very reasonable quote, communicated well, and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. Our original kitchen contractor had not properly adhered the tiles to the underlayment. Grout Masters replaced the broken tiles, painstakingly stabilized all of the other loose tiles, perfectly matched the existing grout, and cleaned and sealed the grout in the entire kitchen. This time, we are confident that the work will last! We are now considering Dale and tear for our bathroom remodeling tile work. Highly recommend!"
