They had lots of wear from when the kids were young and even more wear from a recent reconstruction project. Ivan was very clear about what the results and cost would be if he simply cleaned and sealed, or if he replaced selected tiles or if he put in a totally new floor. "Serge is wonderful. He tells what the job cost (replace toilet cost $250, he does not "pad" his labor cost. He does not nickle and dime you over the price of nails or screws or ther materials. He re-tiled our bathroom. We bought the tiles and matching grout. He had the morter and spacers- which were factored into his cost. We had a few hiccups with things not fitting right , Serge was very patient, gave us options, and worked to solve the issue. I would definitely hire him for more jobs."
