"Matt is awesome. His company did my entire first floor. Demo'ed all the old flooring and installed new. We went with the ceramic tile planks that looks like hard wood. They did an awesome job. The floors looks beautiful and we could not be happier. Also, the job was done in March during the start of the pandemic, but Matt and his crew showed up everyday and completed the job with meticulous precision. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"
