The tile and grout were not as clean as I hoped; when I wiped the floor my rag came up black, and there were flecks of dirt and stains clearly visible that easily came off with a rag. My boyfriend says I need to more clearly define my expectations, and it may be true that my expectations were unreasonable for the service I paid for. But I think professionals who specialize in one task should do as good as or a better job than I would...
