We thought we knew what we wanted, and Jason could have done that, collected his money and left. Instead he walked us through the process of the job, then made some very key suggestions to make our end results even better. He suggested options we would never had thought of and weren’t made by the designer. In the end our kitchen will work better, and even saved us money on components. Jason is a great guy, great attitude, great ethics. All along the way he reviewed what he had done to make sure we were satisfied. Already have him scheduled to do our bathroom next. "Eric repaired existing laminate wood flooring in my Mt Washington condo. Despite weeks of shopping I could not find panels to match and only Eric offered to do the job with the little existing stock we had. He offered to do the job within a week of our first meeting but my wife insisted on trying to find more panels to no avail. Eric showed up a week after we called him back with a very qualified assistant and finished the job within about 4 hours. "We have a historical restoration building in downtown Washington, D.C. We had sent out nationally 75 bids for period construction and historical restoration work. This job included replication or historical tiles in all bathrooms and also replication of historical tiles in all hallways. Also the replication/repair of period wooden windows, which were rotted, also floors needed structural repairs made. There was a large amount of decorative plaster relief work, which had to be repaired, and molds made to replicate areas that were non-existent. The exterior had a great deal of masonry repair work which included repointing of all brick and stone work. Also included in the exterior of this job was stone carvings that needed repair/replacement.
