"Mark and his partner set up a tile cutter on our patio. They removed our old bathtub and precisely cut the tiles for our beautiful walk-in shower. These were scalloped tiles and difficult to cut. The corners are perfectly matched up. Mark is pleasant to work with and always on time. Any delays or difficulties were explained well in advance. The price was good, too. I'm sorry we don't have another bathroom to remodel."

My project was not a complicated project (demo and retile a fireplace surround), but I was in a jam and needed someone quick. Gavin responded to my call right away and found a way to fit me in during the week to help me out. I had a 35-year career in commercial construction project management so was refreshingly surprised and appreciative of Gavin’s high level of professionalism, polite demeanor, punctuality, and communication. Because of his experience, he was able to point out improvements to my plan that I liked. His skills are at the highest level and he took the time to do little extra things around the fireplace that weren’t his scope of work but made it better and saved me work. He finished in 2 ½ days. It was such a good experience for me that I hope I come up with another tiling job for him."
