Tanya came to our home and helped us analyze our tile grout needs and expressed excitement over how her craft could help our situation. "4 days after moving into our new townhome we dicovered a toilet flange had been leaking, for some time, and caused the subfloor below it to rot. We had to tear out some tiles, and install new subfloor. We had some tile left over from the original owner, and needed someone to install them. Talked to Jessie at Precision Tile, and fortunately he could come the next day. He did a great job of quickly installing backer board, thinset, Tile and grout at a fair price. Tile turned out great, and we were able to reset the toilet. Unfortunately the grout wasn't a perfect match with the old grout, but that was corrected with a grout colorant product. Overall very satisfied."

"David was easy to work with, did an excellent job, and charged a fair price.  His paperwork/contract was well organized, as was his work.  David did the tile work largely himself.  He was willing to add a tiled area next to the sliding glass door and tile to the fireplace (all in the lower level) to match the bathroom tile. We wanted all the work completed for a final family reunion before we sold our home so additional work meant very long hours for him.  He did great work and the painting company he used also did an excellent job. We were very happy with everything he did, would definitely use him again, and highly recommend him.

Wow - the floors look like new and after the added their special sealant, our maintenance to clean the floor has dramatically decreased and the floor looks awesome.
