They were very respectful, curteous, and the price was incredibly fair considering the price we paid for our backsplash. They even parked on the side of the road and hauled all their equipment into the house because one of their trucks had an oil leak. They just demonstrated a lot of care for our home. We have zero need to contact anyone else any time we need tile work done."

"The tile work was done very well. We are pleased with the quality of the work. There were a few things that led to the "4" rating: 1. The work hours were odd; typically from 11 AM to 6 PM. This was not always convenient for us but we were never asked about that. 2. The crew often used our broom and vac to clean up. We would expect that these basic tools would be part of the crew's. 3. A pipe that led to our Jacuzzi tub was disconnected leading to a big puddle in our basement. 4. Our shower control came apart after we used it two times; the crew had re-installed it and we had to repair it. Perhaps the crew should have called in a plumber."
