"Sal installed new porcelain tile on our kitchen floor, replacing an old tile floor that had failed. His responsiveness, communication, and customer service were exceptional. Sal was a pleasure to work with and is also very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what had been done wrong when the previous tile was installed and kept us well informed as the work progressed. The result is outstanding, and we would absolutely recommend Sal to anyone who needs tile work done."

"Marius does beautiful tile work in a pleasant and professional manner. We replaced pipes in both of our showers and Marius did an excellent job at replacing the wall and installing tile in one shower and remodeling the second shower from acrylic to ceramic and marble tile. Marius was responsive and helpful every time I called him in the planning process. He is true to his name â ¦ a beautiful tile pro"

"Exceptional work all the way around! They have a unique skill that was handed down from their father and we received their name from a professional referral. They prepared the site (a vintage bathroom) by making the walls level and square before installing any stone. They made sure that everything was crafted as well as possible - to exceed our expectations and their own. They had our best interests at heart.
Our job included large slate tiles, small glass tiles and quartz slabs. 100% of the floor and walls are covered with stone and tile. Even a portion of the ceiling has tile. Every curve and corner was painstakingly executed and took extra time to get things right. The bathroom is a showplace. We are incredibly happy with their work. Excellent!

"Maurizio explained the entire job including pricing, and timeline. He gave us options on how we wanted our new backslash to look. Tony and Sal are true artists when it came to the install. They showed up on time, worked hard, and actually enjoyed their work. The job was finished on time, and on budget. I would highly recommend this company for any tile work that you may need."

"He was great! Quickly responded and set up a time to come see the job to provide an estimate. I appreciate this vs just saying oh around....had this happen a lot in ChicAgo and learned my lesson. He showed up on time and then we set a time for the repairs. I had my master bathroom and guest bathroom rehabbed (limestone shower cleaned and sealed and regrouted, hard water stains removed from the glass shower doors, marble tile floors and counters polished and sealed and also regrouted. The bathrooms look brand new!! I recently moved in and don’t think anyone had done any maintenance since it was built in 2006! I also had the granite counters in my kitchen polished and sealed and the grouting redone around the edges — looks gorgeous! I highly recommend iFix to do your work — very professional, does great work with attention to detail and does exactly what he says he will do. Wish I could post pictures!"

"Clean and professionally done Will recommend this tile installer for any applications"

"He was AMAZING. Tiles clean, he went beyond the scope & call of duty. Will use him again."

"Kyle and his team did an amazing job on the floors at my condo! Kyle came out the day after I contacted him for an estimate and was able to give me a quote in no time. I had a tiled kitchen that needed to be leveled out, carpeted living area, and carpeted stairs that I wanted to replace with hardwood floors. The team did a phenomenal job on all of it. I cannot stress enough how great everything turned out and was well beyond what I even imagined. Kyle was fantastic at communicating, very fairly priced, and completed the project in good time. I HIGHLY recommend Footprints Floors!"

"They ended up having to remove the shower tile and replace it. They also did a kitchen backsplash. Both turned out beautiful. We appreciated their guidance on tile choices. We chose tiles for the kitchen that came in three closely matching colors. We showed the technician a picture of the display at the store and he immediately came up with a plan and installed them in a gorgeous random-like pattern. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with."

"This is our third time having our French Limestone kitchen floor and granite countertops refinished but it is the first time we have used Natural Stone Restoration, Inc. to do the job. The quality of the work was outstanding and far exceeded that done by other companies. We also appreciated that Zuka elected to be on site supervising and that he was candid about the need to refinish varieties of floor tile we have in other rooms. Our home is on the National Historic Register and is also a Lake Forest Landmark. When we questioned Zuka about refinishing the original hand hewn slate tile in the foyer, he discouraged us from making the 1929 tiles look new saying the refinishing would detract from the original master craftsmanship and alter the patina of the floor. He obviously knows his craft and sacrificed a sale to preserve a legacy. I also like him. He is a consummate professional."
