We called Carpet Medics after seeing the sign on Morton ranch, scheduled for the NEXT DAY (so convenient), he came out around 4pm that day and cleaned the whole upstairs carpet and included the stairs as well! "Nice installation, though the rules and rights should have been handed to me BEFORE the job began. Though Empire did not actually have the floor they advertised, the one they installed is nice. The price was all right but...they left me with three full boxes of engineered floor for which I paid. The materials estimate was too high. Even considering waste, there shouldn't have been two-thirds of a room remaining. Guess I'll make some luxury bird houses for Christmas."
