James came over gave me an estimate & pick out what color of sealant I wanted. I also had him replace broken tiles and reseal my bathroom tiles. The broken tiles that James replaced look great, you can't tell that they were replaced. He told me there was a 10 year warranty on his work and it was transferable if we moved.
