Afterwards, I contacted Trey and he did the job right. I wish that I had contacted him to begin with and I will certainly hire him again when I tile the rest of my house. "The first crew they sent was disastrous. They used a jack hammer to remove existing tile and did not tape off area. Dust went everywhere including the upstairs and vents. The first crew got some of the floor layer but it had to be pulled up. Another two people came in and started over. The floor was never leveled so now I have areas that clearly show that. The baseboards were not prepared correctly because the paint is peeling off and bubbling and some staples are now showing as the paint that covered them has worn off. . As time has gone by, these imperfections have become more and more noticeable. They are only as good as the contractors they hire."

"Great job for the $$. Good job cleaning the tile surface overall but not so much for the grout. Inconsistent cleaning with the equipment used and unable to reach some of the dirty areas. Having said that, I would use the service again."
