"If you found Bryan for Stone cleaning, garage floors, or anything else that he does go no further in your search. He has done everything from our travertine stone, tile, and granite, and epoxy garage floors nd his work is meticulous and excellent. "The entire process was smooth from start to finish.  Scott called back promptly following my initial phone call.  The following day he arrived to view the job and give the estimate.  He was clean, tidy, polite and respectful and gave me a quote after performing a thorough inspection of the job and asking me exactly what I wanted.  He made suggesstions where needed but was not overbearing or pushy.
Scott was consciencious, careful, and particular about doing the best job possible  I was very satisfied with the end product; Scott is a real  "sweetheart".
I have two other wooden floors and when it is time to have them refinished I shall definitely be using Scott.  I would also recommend him to friends and family.

The gentleman spent quite a bit of time with me discussing the carpet and the caution that needed to be taken in cleaning it because he was not sure how stable the colors were or if it would buckle or shrink.  He said he would test to see if it in fact was wool and would try a topical cleaning approach.  If that didn't work, he'd call me to get authorization to take further measures.  The cost was to be $100.  A week later I went in to get the carpet and the same gentleman went through the issues with me.  He said they'd tried the topical method, but his feeling was it didn't improve the odor that much.  Since he'd determined that the color was NOT stable, he couldn't proceed with other cleaning for fear of ruining my carpet.  Therefore there was no charge at all and he said I would need to take it to a dry cleaner.  He explained a lot about the rug and how it was made and cautioned me about its care going forward.  It appears to be a delicate little flower!!  I didn't feel right not paying him anything for his effort and time;  so he said how about $30?  I thought that was very acceptable.  Yes, the carpet does still have odor, but it actually does seem to be quite a bit better.  My feeling is that this company is very reputable and I would definitely use them again.  I also had a strong recommendation to use Beacon from a local carpet company. As I prepared to leave I was given a bottle of carpet spot cleaner, for nothing! These people seem to be really good guys.
