Our original kitchen contractor had not properly adhered the tiles to the underlayment. Grout Masters replaced the broken tiles, painstakingly stabilized all of the other loose tiles, perfectly matched the existing grout, and cleaned and sealed the grout in the entire kitchen. "The Handyman himself was very professional and did a great job on the leaky door, but the gap between the ceramic tile and the living room floor was not filed and there is still a three inch gap from where the kitchen floor ends and the carpet in the living room begins. Michael said he would find a solution and call me within a couple of days-he never did and I could not get a return phone call or email after the check was cashed. The floor was to be sealed as a part of the contract, but that was never completed either as it needed to happen after I had already paid. Additionally, I was only told I needed to by the tile, but I ended up making several trips to home improvement store for grout, and products to fit the gap described above. I spent an additional $300 on items I couldn't use because I didn't know what to get."
