"We’re currently remodeling two bathrooms under the same contract. The first bathroom is complete, and the second one just started this week. While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. "Nice installation, though the rules and rights should have been handed to me BEFORE the job began. Though Empire did not actually have the floor they advertised, the one they installed is nice. The price was all right but...they left me with three full boxes of engineered floor for which I paid. The materials estimate was too high. Even considering waste, there shouldn't have been two-thirds of a room remaining. Guess I'll make some luxury bird houses for Christmas."
