"I chose a contractor (DPG) for bathroom remodeling based on good referrals and assurance that the project would be completed on time and at satisfactory quality. Not even one month after we started using new bathrooms, the floor tiles started coming off and we found a couple of water leaks and other small issues that prevented us from using newly remodeled bathrooms. We called a number of contractors, got a couple of offers over the phone, though most of them didn't want to do anything with fixing the bad workmanship in the first place. Then we called Beautiful Tiles Pro (BTP) and this was the only contractor to come onsite, took the time to evaluate the issues and provided a detailed scope of rework and the quote. He started the project on time, with minimal interruption to our family and neighbors. His approach to work is well planned, methodical and the work is of the highest quality. At the end of each day, he would clean up the working area and let us know plans for the next day. Throughout the project, we were able to utilize all bedrooms and one of the bathrooms on the second floor, without having to do anything with the cleanup or moving materials or boxes. He would provide regular updates on his progress and would fixed a number of issues that the previous contractor left behind him. BTP pricing was reasonable and work was done professionally. We plan to use BTP for some follow up projects in the future. BTP deserves perfect 5 stars and we highly recommend him. Thank you! A. S."

"Exceptional work all the way around! They have a unique skill that was handed down from their father and we received their name from a professional referral. They prepared the site (a vintage bathroom) by making the walls level and square before installing any stone. They made sure that everything was crafted as well as possible - to exceed our expectations and their own. They had our best interests at heart.
Our job included large slate tiles, small glass tiles and quartz slabs. 100% of the floor and walls are covered with stone and tile. Even a portion of the ceiling has tile. Every curve and corner was painstakingly executed and took extra time to get things right. The bathroom is a showplace. We are incredibly happy with their work. Excellent!

"Avanti Stone did a great job installing my quartz countertops and tile back splash. They go above and beyond and do top quality work."

"He was great! Quickly responded and set up a time to come see the job to provide an estimate. I appreciate this vs just saying oh around....had this happen a lot in ChicAgo and learned my lesson. He showed up on time and then we set a time for the repairs. I had my master bathroom and guest bathroom rehabbed (limestone shower cleaned and sealed and regrouted, hard water stains removed from the glass shower doors, marble tile floors and counters polished and sealed and also regrouted. The bathrooms look brand new!! I recently moved in and don’t think anyone had done any maintenance since it was built in 2006! I also had the granite counters in my kitchen polished and sealed and the grouting redone around the edges — looks gorgeous! I highly recommend iFix to do your work — very professional, does great work with attention to detail and does exactly what he says he will do. Wish I could post pictures!"

"Mike from PM Tile was very responsive beginning with the initial request for a quote , coming to the commercial property to see the site and until the job was satisfactorily completed. Many heavy items had to be moved from tight spaces to do the job correctly. The crew was articulate in their difficult removal of the broken existing tile, replacing the subfloor in areas and placing the 8x8 tiles in the best visual design. I would highly recommend Mike Debosz and his crew for tile work because they understand the importance of even small details! They take a pride in their work and it shows. Chris D"

"He was AMAZING. Tiles clean, he went beyond the scope & call of duty. Will use him again."

"Kyle and his team came in thousands under Mr. Floor" and responded quicker after a catastrophic pipe break destroyed the bathroom, floors and walls of our condo. His team installed the flooring throughout our unit and installed floor to ceiling bathroom tiles astoundingly fast. We couldn't be happier with the work done, and WE ARE BACK IN OUR HOME! Kyle and his team were professional, courteous and sensitive to our issue. They were knowledgeable and explained their work as they went. Estimates were fast and spot on. This was an insurance job. We appreciated Kyle's willingness to work within that environment. Highly recommended. Thanks, Footprints Floors!"

"They ended up having to remove the shower tile and replace it. They also did a kitchen backsplash. Both turned out beautiful. We appreciated their guidance on tile choices. We chose tiles for the kitchen that came in three closely matching colors. We showed the technician a picture of the display at the store and he immediately came up with a plan and installed them in a gorgeous random-like pattern. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with."

"This is our third time having our French Limestone kitchen floor and granite countertops refinished but it is the first time we have used Natural Stone Restoration, Inc. to do the job. The quality of the work was outstanding and far exceeded that done by other companies. We also appreciated that Zuka elected to be on site supervising and that he was candid about the need to refinish varieties of floor tile we have in other rooms. Our home is on the National Historic Register and is also a Lake Forest Landmark. When we questioned Zuka about refinishing the original hand hewn slate tile in the foyer, he discouraged us from making the 1929 tiles look new saying the refinishing would detract from the original master craftsmanship and alter the patina of the floor. He obviously knows his craft and sacrificed a sale to preserve a legacy. I also like him. He is a consummate professional."
