"We have worked with Victor twice now and both times have been fantastic. The first time we hired him, we needed floors done on 2 levels of our house. We had LVP put in and we love our new floors. This most recent time we hired him to do our master bathroom remodel. We tore out our existing shower/flooring/vanity, etc and replaced it all. He did an amazing job on everything! The tiling is incredible and everything turned out beautifully. All of the shower prep work was done properly as well - we had been sending picture updates to a family member in the construction business and he was impressed by the work. Victor's level of communication is what really sets him apart from anyone else we've worked with. He keeps you informed and always replies to texts/emails/calls right away. He also sends out people who are very nice and who respect your home and clean up after themselves. And if any mistakes are made, he is quick to make it right. (We had an issue with our shower door - upon install the glass installer cracked our brand new shower tile. I sent a picture to Victor and within minutes (literally) he had talked to the glass installer, texted me saying he'd replace the broken tile and reinstall the door, and then he showed up about 15 minutes later to see the tile and put together a plan for making it right. And 2 days later it was fixed and re-installed). Our tile installer was Dmitiry - who I also HIGHLY recommend, he does fantastic work!!"

"Dmitri and the entire crew were incredible! The quote was more than fair, he was great about keeping in communication, on time, and so consultative to ensure they job they did resulted in a beautiful floor, which included a surprise replacement of some soft sub flooring - thank goodness for their quest for perfection! Even that, when they could have had the opportunity to hit me with a big bill for something that absolutely needed to get done, his quote was so fair for all the extra work and materials that were required. (I would have expected to pay more). They have an eye for design! When they opened the boxes of travertine, they noticed a pinkish tone to many of the tiles (natural to that stone) that didn't blend well with the gold and beige tones of the rest of my kitchen, stopped what they were doing, and questioned it. I ordered a new shipment of tile that worked - thank goodness again they halted the progress to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. They were so kind about the delay (and honestly, likely a waste of their time that day), and patient as we waited for the new tile to arrive. Once it arrived, they quickly fit me back into their busy schedules and got the job done. Again, they consulted, and intentionally delayed the hook-up of the thermostat for the heated floor to give the tile time to cure, noting if I get impatient and turn it on, it might crack the tile! So grateful again that they delayed that, and made a special trip back to simply wire up the thermostat to protect my tile. They were always left the job tidy, and did a great job of sealing off the construction area during the demo phase. My new floor is absolutely perfect and even with the wood floor next to it. They are such nice people, fair, and easy to work with. I have already recommended Cutting Edge Remodeling to others, and will hire them again whenever I need them. I seriously can't say enough good about them!"

"It is not often when you find someone who walks the talk. We found Tanya from A to Z Contracting to be just that person. Tanya came to our home and helped us analyze our tile grout needs and expressed excitement over how her craft could help our situation. We were surprised and delighted to learn that she would be the person to actually do the tile work. (She was not just the salesperson/company rep.) Tanya spent two days in our home working tirelessly to accomplish the job. She had great attention to detail and demonstrated very good and respectful communication skills. "4 days after moving into our new townhome we dicovered a toilet flange had been leaking, for some time, and caused the subfloor below it to rot. We had to tear out some tiles, and install new subfloor. We had some tile left over from the original owner, and needed someone to install them. Talked to Jessie at Precision Tile, and fortunately he could come the next day. He did a great job of quickly installing backer board, thinset, Tile and grout at a fair price. Tile turned out great, and we were able to reset the toilet. Unfortunately the grout wasn't a perfect match with the old grout, but that was corrected with a grout colorant product. Overall very satisfied."

"We hired them to grind the surface of our travertine floor and fill the open pockets with grout. Wow - the floors look like new and after the added their special sealant, our maintenance to clean the floor has dramatically decreased and the floor looks awesome. Wish we had done this 5 years earlier. In addition, their team had such a focus on detail, and were very careful to prevent any damage to our cabinets or furniture. On time every day - friendly and polite. I rarely do reviews, but this company deserves the kudos. I recommend them vigorously."
