"She did her best to get my granite to look like new again but the product did not perform as advertised. She did try several other things first but they also did not work. The only reason I gave her a 4.5 is because she insisted on trying a couple of other products first which did not work and I had to pay for her time to try something else before she would try the product I wanted. With that being said I would hire her again because she does work really hard to please the customer."

"They did a good job. Fit us in earlier than expected which was fantastic. Billing wise, they never sent us the final amount then 5 days later they threatened legal action to pay the bill. It honestly took me by surprised as I was waiting for a bill to pay. So, the billing is juvenile. If we were sent the final amount and told the due date by literally anyone (Omar or Jodi) then this would have been a great experience"
