"Steven and Max were great! They came to do the estimate for installing kitchen backsplash when they said they would. Once we had the quote, I had additional questions and concerns. They were very prompt in their replies to my questions. We were not able to schedule until 2 weeks after I decided to go with Polaristile. I sent one text about three days before to confirm the day and time, they replied within minutes to confirm. We provided all the materials for the project. They made it very clear exactly what I needed to buy. When they arrived, they took great care in making sure all the granite, floors, and cabinets were protected with coverings. They estimated the project would take 2 days and they finished in a day and a half. I reviewed my expectations about the placement of the tile with Steven. Due to the size of the tile he had to make a few adjustments, but he communicated that to me BEFORE he proceeded. We are very pleased with the final result."

"Sales Jennifer was great during the sales process. But when there was an issue with the installation day there was almost no communication. I was getting LVP, tile, and carpet and set aside 3 days for them to complete the job. No one showed up the 1st day even though I called several times to verify my appointment and was assured each time I was still on the schedule. The next day after finally getting someone from the corporate office I had to reschedule to have the work done in over 2 days and I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate them. The installers were on time on the rescheduled days and did a good job. (I have found one area where they will need to come back and make LVP flush with the wall...waiting on a call from installation). There seems to be a lack of communication between departments. The corporate office was apologetic and did give me a discount on the work that was done. I don't think I will use them for future work."
