"I selected Penate Tile & Home Improvement based on their reviews. Now I understand why and I’m so glad I did! Ronal and Jose did a very nice job with my kitchen backsplash! Ronal even took time to correct a problem that was all my fault! I added a few accent tiles but didn’t want to over do it. I asked that he not add an accent tile in one corner, but it later turned out that the extra accent was needed. Ronal chiseled out 4 tiles and added the accent, no extra charge! The end product looks very nice and I am pleased! Thank you Ronal and Jose for the wonderful work you did for me!"

Both were very knowledgeable about their work. They finished and cleaned up the debris. They did a WONDERFUL JOB!!! I felt like I did when I first toured my house!!! "Andrew and his team were very knowledgeable and professional. Andrew and his team were able to remodel our master bathroom with precision and expertise. Andrew did a great job explaining the details of the project to me and communicating with me about the project expectations and goals. Additionally, along with his team, Andrew rerouted plumbing and electrical, placed tile on walls and floors, installed a custom shower pan, they installed a brand new free standing bath tub, and made sure everything was done properly and to last. They went above and beyond when they used the remainder of the tile to perfectly craft the floor molding to seamlessly flow with the tile on the floor and walls. Overall, I would definitely recommend Andrew for any of your home renovation needs as he is very well rounded in this trade. I can’t wait to book him for our next bathroom remodel!"

"I was initially supposed to get laminate in two bathrooms and a laundry room. The installer informed me that are not allowed to reconnect anything they disconnect so since I did not no know how or had anyone around to reconnected I decided not to do the laundry room. I believe the salesperson told me it would take 4 hours. I could be wrong. However they didnt arrive until after 1 pm and didnt finish until almost 10 pm. If they also had to do the laundry room they would have been here till after midnight. They certainly should not start a job so late in the afternoon if its going to take them that long to complete. Finally, I forgot to ask them to leave a little leftover tile just in case a piece got damaged somehow then it could be cut out and replaced. I spoke to my saleperson and he said they usually do leave a little. He checked with the powers that be and was told no they would not provide me with any extra title. I was only talking about a strip, not a whole room worth. I've used Empire twice before and went through that same issue before. I only use Empire because you can get the job done usually the next day, but they are not a whole lot of options to choose from."

"I hired this company. They sent me a very professional sales person who spent time with us to show us what they could do to replace just the two leaded glass panels in our solid wood front =door. We were very pleased with the salesman and he gave us lots of information, answered all our questions. We will be visited by the project manager next week to take measurements and then they manufacture the panels and will install them when they are completed."
