The next day after finally getting someone from the corporate office I had to reschedule to have the work done in over 2 days and I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate them. The installers were on time on the rescheduled days and did a good job. (I have found one area where they will need to come back and make LVP flush with the wall...waiting on a call from installation). There seems to be a lack of communication between departments. The corporate office was apologetic and did give me a discount on the work that was done. I don't think I will use them for future work."
