I challenged that, then they told me there were not enough tiles and it would take a week to get more. I showed them the pattern would work. They said to call my salesman, which I did and he was less than receiving who said he would have his supervisor call me- who never did. Because I had an out of town guest coming, I gave in. Tile looks good, but it wasn't what I wanted."

We had some very nice baseboard trim installed about 5 years before and were hopeful that it would survive new flooring installation. It looks great. We have a spiral staircase that required a great deal of skill and imagination to deal with. We weren't sure that we could find someone who wanted to bother with it.
