"Overall this process went very well and we are pleased with the results.
Pros:  The company rep was extremely responsive and helpful from the moment we walked in the door.  She took the time required to go through their inventory of granite, explain the process, and ensure that all of our questions were answered.  They were extremely punctual for the various appointments that we scheduled, to include installation day and time required for installation. The end result is a beautiful kitchen, and we are very pleased.
Cons: During installation there were two issues.  First, when removing the old back splash tiles it was necessary to remove the underlying drywall due to the adhesion of the tile.  New drywall was required to mount the granite back splash.  The installation team did NOT have any drywall and it was then up to me to run to the nearest Home Depot, purchase the dry wall slab, and return home.  I believe that a more experienced installation crew would have anticipated this problem.
Second, in cutting the granite to fit our cook top they plugged a power tool into our garage outlet.  It blew the circuit breaker.  I then had to pay $195.00 to have an electrician come out and replace the circuit breaker."
