From day one, where the All City Tile team came by to cover the floors leading to the bathroom and all exposed surfaces to protect them from dust, to the removal of the old tub and the construction of the new one, to the professionally laid out plumbing, to the skilled tiling and detailed-oriented grouting, everything was well-coordinated and done in a timely fashion, and these folks completed the bathroom remodel exactly how I wanted. My project had the particular challenge that it was not your standard bathroom remodel and the roman tub was completely custom made, so some challenges presented themselves as the project progressed. Nevertheless, All City Tile handled these challenges professionally and with the same level of attention to detail as always. "This review is about the man (David-owner) morose than the company. David's talent extends well beyond grout tile restoration. My grout lines were literally black. The tile and grout truly looks brand new in a Sand wood (light) grout color. The grout is neat, clean, consistent in color throughout the house with no dark spots bleeding through the lighter sand wood color.Here is where David's talents kick in and above beyond. The stand up shower looked hopeless to a cleaning. Here David gave the shower area a complete face lift (without having to do a complete remodel). Beautiful work.Final note of praise goes to the kitchen where the tile floor meets the kitchen cabinetry. The wood was rotted and had to be replaced. Instead of baseboard (wood), David suggested tile. He picked a tile matching the floor, cut the tile himself, and installed it himself (to perfection).This work was done for a house we are selling. We will use him again for our own personal home.David is a craftsman with a keen eye to detail."

"Wil and his team are friendly, punctual, courteous, careful, considerate and did great job for our flooring. They are a full package, who have cleaned tiles, sealed the grout, perfectly matched grout colors for 3 different types of tiles, repaired broken tiles and laid down missing tiles for us. They magically restored our dirty old floor tiles and grout to a very nice and clean condition. They even helped us in filling two big holes on the bathroom walls where our old soap dishes used to be, so we can install new bathroom vanity there. At the end of the project, Wil left us one small can of grout for our future touch up. While they worked in our house, we went out for awhile, our car went dead in a parking lot due to battery issue, we called Wil who came right away for our rescue. He jump started our vehicle. We are very grateful to Wil and his team, for everything they did for us and for sure will consider them for our future tile projects.
