My job was a whole house demo and tile installation. The tile I chose was a large (26x30) hexagon. Hexagon can be quite challenging, so I needed the best installer I could find. I was impressed that Tony came out to measure and quote my job. One of my hurdles was that I could find no baseboards that worked well with the matte black tile. Tony solved this my having his crew custom cut baseboards using my floor tile. The top edge was finished with matte black metal stripping. It looks amazing. Monique the office manager was so easy to reach and she was quickly able to address all of my questions and concerns. My crew of four Martin, Danny, Xavier and Fabian arrived on time. "The entire experience was excellent.
Protek came out to our property and reviewed everything with us.  They had some very good recommendations on certain aspects of our project which definitely attributed to the excellent results.
Their pricing was less than their competition and their work has been some of the best we've encountered.
They were prompt and delivered on their due dates as promised.  Also, they kept to their quoted price, even when a couple things ended up requiring a bit more work than expected (the 240v electrical for the Induction range was more difficult than expected as was the large amount of tile work on the back-splash).
We plan on using them again for our flooring and exterior painting and concrete side-driveway.
