"Ladies and Gentlemen, let me paint a picture for you. After looking at a dated (1994) square, pinkish tile, that surrounds our living room fire place and an unknown aged carpet, we decided to upgrade our entire house with life proof laminate flooring throughout, a built out tv mount above our fireplace, all new paint throughout the house, and new ceramic tile around the fireplace to bring our home into the current times and up to date. Due to shipping constraints, and the circumstances of being able to hire professional services to implement these upgrades, we spent 7 months patiently waiting. After the floor install, tv mount and build out, we finally received our intricate/decorative tile to complete the focal point of our living room. Only to be told that the job would be impossible to complete with out tearing out everything we had built and that the tile we chose was not feasible to install. I could go on and on, but after 2 companies told us that it wouldnâ t be doable, we may have to eat the cost of this expensive decorative tile that we could not use, we were to say the least, heartbroken. But then, in walked Tim with Boss Tiling. His demeanor and reassuring personality was a breath of fresh air. We were quoted the best price, time estimate, and instantly welcomed Tim into our home and hearts! We knew the tile was detailed and would create a difficult job, but the whole time Tim had this can do attitude and infectious calming about him. Then a full day into the demo and install, Tim looked at his work and did the most honorable and unthinkable thing we have ever seen. He torn all the new tile he had laid back off the wall and stated â Itâ s not right, itâ s not centered, and he couldnâ t complete the job knowing it wasnâ t true, centered and the best for our focal point to our living room.â The bonus points he earned with us at that very moment were immeasurable. This former armed service member had not only our gratitude for his service as a military member, but also our respect as a true man of his craft! He started again the following day with tediously placing each tile. Although it ran over the estimated time line (we didnâ t mind because our dogs loved him), the joy we had after seeing this beautiful new center piece in our home, and the care he took to make it is was awe inspiring, beautiful, timeless, and unique which does not express in words how grateful we are for this company and man! Tim will always be welcome in our home and our family! Any future tile projects we may have or recommendations that are asked for tile work will be Tim and Boss Tiling! "It was great! We had used them in January to do the downstairs bathroom, and were so pleased with every aspect of their work, professionalism, and quality of service, we wouldn't have "dreamed" (ha ha! get it!) of using anyone else! 
We did this bathroom in different colors than the first, and added a few other features (like wainscoting) and it turned out BEAUTIFUL! I honestly can't decide which bathroom I like better! They both have a different feel to them, but I am glad this is the one I get to use every day!!
The old bathroom had awful 2" square PINK tiles all over the tub walls, floor, and walls! It was UGLY! We went with the grey marble look for the tub enclosure, and I love how it is all one piece, including the ceiling, with a nice sized cut out shelf for my shampoo. They replaced my tub (which was old, chipped, and stained), and gave me the awesome shower head I had fallen in love with from the other bathroom!! (the old shower head was all one piece with the pipe, and couldn't be easily replaced). In this bathroom, we wanted wainscoting which was perfect since there was all that ugly pink tile going halfway up the walls! They were able to just demo what was necessary, and put the wainscoting over it, which saved us big bucks and reinforced the walls!
The toilet we got is so nice! I like to recycle, reuse and not be wasteful, and the toilet they gave us has two buttons on top to flush! One for "light flushing", and the other for "heavy flushing"!! It is cool! Everyone comments on it when we show off the bathroom!
We also picked out some beautiful ceramic tile for the floors, that look like antique wood planks, and found a nice vanity, light and mirror that they installed for us. (My husband custom made the counter top you see in the photos)  They painted the walls and celling, and even added an outlet for us!  Now not only is my bathroom absolutely beautiful, but much more practical!!"
