He explained what the problems were with the original installation and then cleaned the tile and replaced the grout. He also installed shower bars which will help us from falling in the shower. He re-tiled our bathroom. We bought the tiles and matching grout. He had the morter and spacers- which were factored into his cost. We had a few hiccups with things not fitting right , Serge was very patient, gave us options, and worked to solve the issue. I would definitely hire him for more jobs."

Black Diamond ran the boards from the house vertically to the horizontal section. Really looks great. The crew was on time, cleaned the work site and had creative ideas to correct the flaws from the previous installation. Great value and workmanship."
