I called him for a suggestion on a product to repair the chips as I thought we could do the minor repair. He recommended a product that I could not locate. I called him to follow up and he failed to call back."

As for the workers themselves they were very polite and took great pains to make sure that they did the job to the best of their ability. I had never cleaned the grout between my tile floors for 20 years, so they did not have an easy job. But when they were finished, I could not be more pleased.
