"The tile work was done very well. We are pleased with the quality of the work. There were a few things that led to the "4" rating: 1. The work hours were odd; typically from 11 AM to 6 PM. This was not always convenient for us but we were never asked about that. 2. The crew often used our broom and vac to clean up. We would expect that these basic tools would be part of the crew's. 3. A pipe that led to our Jacuzzi tub was disconnected leading to a big puddle in our basement. 4. Our shower control came apart after we used it two times; the crew had re-installed it and we had to repair it. Perhaps the crew should have called in a plumber."

"Needed to fix a chain link fence gate which kept slipping off the post due to clamp which did not support the gate. Gate kept slipping down and would drag on the ground. Chris Drozdz came out and made clamp secure so there was no more slippage. Chris was very professional and came within 24 hours after speaking to him to fix problem. I was very appreciative for his quick response to my issue. Would definitely call him again if I needed any more handyman work to be done. Thanks Chris."

"My bathroom wall and floor tiles are "squeaky" clean. He was on time and did a very thorough job, including cleaning up after the work was completed. He also cleaned and sealed the slate entrance at my front door. He repaired 2 loose slate tiles and replaced grout where it was needed.
