"Started well but was not good with details. Paint on carpet, couch, and window trim. Did not use blue tape so the lines were not crisp with the painting involved. The yellow paint in the kitchen can be seen through the gray paint. Did not put the transitions from the tile to the carpet at first. Had to call back to get transitions placed. There was a slight nick to my wooden dresser drawer. The tile is beautiful and the paint looks nice but the lack of attention to the details has really been disappointing."

"Friendly, timely, courteous. My grout and tile is 12 years old and I have never had professional clean. So I was a little disappointed that all the stains did not come out. But they tried, and explained. A little overpriced perhaps."

"We recently used Brady Flooring to lay luxury vinyl tile in our kitchen. Jim Brady did an excellent job and we love our new floor. His price was very reasonable and his work ethic was great. He was very attentive to details and spent a great deal of time making sure the transitions to the surrounding rooms was done correctly. I would definitely use Brady Flooring again!"
