"The team was very nice and professional. They were prompt and worked hard while in my home. I felt very safe to leave for a little while they were working. In cleaning my shower glass they had a hard time removing the hard water spots. They called the next day to apologize and let me know they had done research and had purchased a new product that might work better than the first. They also offered to purchase new faucets for the sinks in my guest bath after a splash of cleaning fluid caused some discoloration."
