We then scheduled him to rip out and fix the job in its entirety when our home would be vacant. Brad was super helpful with scheduling and catered to our needs. The project started as planned and we didnt even have to be there. He took great care of our home and sent picture updates as he progressed on the project. The job was finished early and the pricing was very fair and costed even less than anticipated. Brad was more than ethical and I wouldnt have been surprised if the job had costed more.
