Brian showed up on time was extremely professional walked me through his entire process. He gave choices of grout color and completed the entire job in 6 hours. Our floor looked Brand New. "I have to really confront them for properly doing their job. They said they'll do the whole bathroom flooring, and yet did not do the section under the sink because the "machine can't reach it". After I confronted them, they did it by hand in like 1 min and called it clean. I also realized the edges of the floor were not cleaned/touched as it felt rough. I felt the price I paid deserved a premium service, but not the case here."

"I didn't not like Grout Medic. He told me that I didn't need somethings. I actually needed re-grouting. I didn't need him to clean the grout. I got a second opinion and even a third opinion and he gave me the wrong information and when I called him back to say we really were just going to go for a complete re-grout job he kept dropping his price. He called twice after that and kept dropping his price which led me to believe he didn't give me a fair price to begin with. He didn't charge me for the estimate. I honored the Angie's list discount. He was here on time. I read some of the other reviews and people had similar feeling as I did on the whole estimate process and then I read some of the reviews of his work and so I was going to have the same problem because he was not really fixing the problem. It was just kind of a cover up."
