"Initially they formed our sidewalk about 3 inches above the grass level. My husband was upset. We called Alex and told him this was not correct and the sidewalk needed to be level with the grass. We are not sure what the crew was thinking... we would have had to step up to get on the sidewalk. A real safety hazzard and not good looking at all. The problem was corrected. But Alex told us that there would be an extra charge. Don't think we should have to pay for their mistake. I do want to say that their work is excellent!! The crew could not have been nicer. When the job is finished they clean up everything. We highly recommend this company!!!!"

"Didn't clean up all of the wet footprints on the floor and wash-streaks from the shower tile. Didn't get the top of one cabinet that was heavily soiled from kitchen grease and dust cleaned down to a clean top - a difficult one for us to reach. Overall, however, was excellent."
