"Initially they formed our sidewalk about 3 inches above the grass level. My husband was upset. We called Alex and told him this was not correct and the sidewalk needed to be level with the grass. We are not sure what the crew was thinking... we would have had to step up to get on the sidewalk. A real safety hazzard and not good looking at all. The problem was corrected. But Alex told us that there would be an extra charge. Don't think we should have to pay for their mistake. I do want to say that their work is excellent!! The crew could not have been nicer.
