"I had my 1250 sqft first floor tiled. They did a great job at a great price, and answered every question I had along the way. I will definitely hire them again."

"Jason, owner, did the ceramic, saltillo and talavera tile installation himself. He is very exact and methodical in his approach to laying out the tile first and making sure the design and layout are what you want before he adds grout. He is most knowledgeable about preparing the surfaces before begin tiling. Excellent worker, cleans up and fair pricing."

"I thought that I had a simple grout repair project. But once the tile was removed, it was clear that the existing tile was not properly installed. Walter removed all the tile, installed cement board all around, added water proofing fabric under the tile, and then re-tiled everything. It looks great! And it's good to know that the tile is installed correctly. He was always punctual and polite, and kept me informed as he worked. I would recommend him without hesitation."

"Israel and his team started with a shower pan and tile job that turned out so well, we kept them on board to help us finish a 1949 triplex renovation. Seph installed numerous doors and windows, built a small deck, replaced fences and gates, and resurfaced and painted three concrete patios. Israel's crew quickly and expertly installed new laminate flooring, added two concrete driveways, and even helped us install five new window AC units. Quite simply, this company completed every request we made in short order, in good quality, at a very fair price. We are so thankful we found them. We just wish we had found them years ago."

"We had a crack in the grout of our tile floor which caused the floor to bulge upward. Grout Medic came out and removed the grout, reglued all the loose tiles and put in new grout. It looks great! Flat and blends right in with the existing grout. They also contacted us immediately when we asked for a quote. They got us on the schedule within a week. The guys who did the work were very nice and did a great job."

"Just had our entire house tile floor cleaned and sealed by SHINE Tile and Grout Cleaning. What a wonderful job they did. Our floors had not been cleaned in the 20+ years of living here. Ricardo, the owner, said what he would do and did what he said. It is amazing to see the difference in our floors. Now for the good part: my wife is happy with the work SHINE Tile and Grout Cleaning did and they did it in less than a day!!!!!"

"This was my 2nd job with Jose Luis and his team. I could go on and on about how understanding he was to my family, our financial situation and timeline, but to get straight to point, we are so happy with the outcome of our kitchen. We made budget and able to get everything accomplished. I appreciate Jose Luis’ thoughtfulness on showing options to consider such as grout color, using pencils on the wall and sizes of tile. I also greatly appreciate how he and his team contain the work area to avoid dirt carrying to other rooms. I came home on the last day and you would have never known there had been major repairs going on. CLEAN! I’ll be calling him next year for bathroom remodel for sure. I’m relieved to have met such a trustworthy person/company who makes customer satisfaction their number one priority."

"It went wonderful. Steve’s attention to detail and care for your home is second to none. I highly recommend him for your project. We were so happy with the work he did in our kitchen that we had him back a month later to do tile work on another area. We intend to have him remodel our bathrooms next year. Again, I can’t recommend him enough. You will not be disappointed."

"They came out within two days when I explained I had a big hole in my living room that went outside.  Seth called me back within an hour of my call.  Seth brought three other workers with him to get the jobs finished in one day.  Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable with what they were doing.  They did a beautiful job with the repairs.  You couldn't tell that the walls and outside were ever repaired.  They cleaned up before they left.  I am calling them if I need other home repairs."
