"We hired Polion Flooring when we bought our house because my parents had used them years prior and been very happy with the results. The previous owners had foam tile in each of the bedrooms with no floor underneath. Bob was super responsive and provided a very reasonable estimate for the three bedrooms worth of work. He was able to come 3 days after our closing which was unheard of with other companies! We provided the flooring and they installed it in all three rooms within two days and even were willing to install baseboards that were missing in the other rooms for a small extra charge. They are professional, efficient, and very down to earth! I would 10/10 recommend them!"

"Domenic was very professional and had his contractors come in and do the work. The tile people were excellent. They put a new sub floor in and then tiled. They were very thorough and clean. The contractor who did the hardwood floors were nice--but not as thorough. After the floors were laid down and my husband and I examined the floors, we noticed gaps between the boards that were very noticeable. We also noticed that there was putty covering holes and did not look right. We contacted Domenic and he came and looked at it and agreed that it was not done right. So, he had the contractor come out and redo what he had messed up on. This meant he had to take out about six boards that were glued down and put new ones in. This took a nearly a whole day. I was displeased with this contractor because he should have checked his worker's work before leaving the site. We were pleased with how professional Domenic was over this situation and how fast he took care of it. The people who came in to do the carpet were great. They did it fast and and it looks very nice. We love all of our new floors. We were surprised how easily our hardwood floors dent--especially since they are high end floors. The experience, overall, was a good one."

"I like that they are doing a great job with the very detailed tile work. They are able to adapt with mid-job changes as they come. The price was right and they happened to be available to start right away!"

"John did an absolutely outstanding job on the tile work for our fireplace. From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly easy to work with. His attention to detail and craftsmanship truly show in the final result—the fireplace looks beautiful and exceeded our expectations. John communicated clearly, respected our space, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality tile work done right. We will be using him for our bathroom next!"

"Fantastic! Great customer service and outreach Outstanding work product"

"The best experience I could have asked for!"

"Quick service. Steve was a good guy he explained well what he was doing and he used his drone to show the finish work including pictures. He was in control to keep the place clean. Good job will use again"

"We had a mixed experience with Clean Rite. First, they were the ONLY company to call us back after our initial inquiry. It was very impressive that the owner came to do the walkthrough for scope of work and pricing, then also stopped in once the crew arrived. I was glad to hire a local company. There was a scheduling issue (I think someone forgot to put us on the calendar) that ended up being quite an inconvenience. Although I specifically alerted the supervisor to the need to remove plaster that was on windows, that did not happen. Some windows seemed to just be wiped with a rag and left dirtier than before. Plaster is a typical part of post construction needs, and a few walls had plaster smeared on them as though it was just wiped and spread rather than removed. There was a large crew and my suspicion is that they rushed and did not pay attention to detail. We were told they would wipe out cabinets and install shelves, that did not happen. I had to clean the hardwood floors again after they left. They stayed much less time than the owner had estimated the job would take. It was a huge help to have this service done, but I expected much greater attention to detail."
