"Nancy and Toby were very good at customer service and provided good value. They were available to answer questions and patient each time we changed our minds on the tile. The only issue we had was regarding a language problem with the people doing the work. It was at times difficult to communicate with them but in the end we are satisfied. We had a few questions on how portions of the project would be handled and each time through discussion we were able to resolve them. I have another project I am looking at and will consider Floor Coverings International for it."
