The tile in the shower had come loose causing water to gather and cause damage to the wall behind. The Ceramic Man did the necessary repairs and restored the shower to its original state. When the work was completed, the shower, which is quite old, looked brand new. My Pro was honest, knowledgeable, hardworking and provided feedback on the progress of the project each step of the way. "I have to really confront them for properly doing their job. They said they'll do the whole bathroom flooring, and yet did not do the section under the sink because the "machine can't reach it". After I confronted them, they did it by hand in like 1 min and called it clean. I also realized the edges of the floor were not cleaned/touched as it felt rough. I felt the price I paid deserved a premium service, but not the case here."
