They had lots of wear from when the kids were young and even more wear from a recent reconstruction project. Ivan was very clear about what the results and cost would be if he simply cleaned and sealed, or if he replaced selected tiles or if he put in a totally new floor. It was so helpful to have it explained. We are very pleased with the results and he was a joy to work with."

When he did the tile, I wasn’t sure which color of grout I wanted to use, so he did different grout samples with the tiles. We originally wanted the front top of our dock repaired but in the end we decided to have them replace the boards of the entire dock and the larger timbers that needed replacing underneath. Yaro is an amazing worker and they had the dock done in one week! They definitely aim to please. Another plus is they clean up and haul away all the old lumber and leave the area spotless.
