"Mohammed contacted me very soon after inquiry. Made appt. And came when he.promised. Originally, all cleaning was going to be here but because my vacation he took area rugs and returned when finished. One of the very ight rugs had a traffic stain that I could still see when returned. That was only dissapointment."

"We bought floor tile from Home Depot but the installation company they use would not install the tile because of heating vents that had to be removed first. We removed the vents and sent pictures to the installer, but they still would not do the installation. Erick from Floor Coverings International called me and and came to my house that night to look at the floor. He said he had no problem with the vents and would be able to have someone install the tile the next day. They did an excellent job."
