"Robert is an exceptional craftsman. His skill shows with a perfect layout. We used big 24 by 36 inch tiles and his recommendation for the layout turned out perfect. About his service he was the first contractor to actually call out the five I contacted prior. He came out gave me a reasonable quote and took on the project the following Monday. The results are fabulous. We have already discussed him doing our bathroom next!"

"Mario was very professional and reliable. We will be going with him for our job!"

"This company is amazing! I can't actually say enough good things about them. From the beginning the owner came out and measured the space. He was very professional and just an overall great guy! One thing that stood out about this company; once they give you the quote, it does not change, no matter what they find. So you can rest easy that you will only pay for what you were originally quoted. On the lead up to the project, the communication was top notch. We easily coordinated materials, start dates and project completion dates. On the first day of the project, everyone arrived on time. The company owner, his foreman and the installation crew arrived. We walked the space with them one last time to ensure everyone was on the same page. The crew began working and they were amazing! So professional, hard working and their workmanship was impeccable! They barely took any breaks, just methodically worked. I was so impressed with them. Even as the project was happening, the company owner checked in with us at the end of each day. The project was completed on time, and the floors are so beautiful! We will be recommending this company to everyone! You can't go wrong with them! Thank you for all your hard work...you're a rare company these days that "walks the walk" and follows through on everything you promised."

"Awesome costumer service. They took the time to give me a free estimate and their price was fair. Everybody is vaccinated and they can use mask if requested."

"JB Splash is a great company to work with. Quick and competitive appraisals. Keeps you well informed of when they will be there and how long the job should take. JB Splash has remodeled our bathroom and kitchen and most recently installed our new fence and did several general contracting jobs in the house in preparation to sell. We highly recommend JB Splash!"

"The bill shows 8% sales tax on a tax exempt Home improvement. I explained that New York State form ST241 would help eliminate the sales tax portion of the billing on this home improvement when signed off by both parties. The project was completed perfectly as expected."

"Tom at Custom Tile Solutions did a stellar job on the floor tile for my mother-in-law's walkout basement. Before we contacted Tom, we were in a terrible mess where a previous contractor had installed uneven tile with messy grout...not only did the other contractor's work look horrible, but the tile was sticking up so high in some places that it was a tripping hazard. Needless to say, we fired the other contractor! After we found Tom, he met with us quickly and helped us with a game plan for the best way to correct the situation (which in this case was to remove the existing tile and apply a self-leveling concrete before starting with the new tile). He was transparent and honest about the process right from the start all the way through the project's completion. And we are more than happy with the quality of his workmanship and the look of the finished installation. Also important, both Tom and his assisting crew member were clean, professional, and hard-working. If there's anything we've learned from the experience, it is that it is more than worth it to use a specialized professional for tile installation...and Tom is the cream of the crop!"

"Jake and his cousin did the work in the bathroom. Changed the bath tub to a shower with new fixtures and beautiful tiles. Both were kind, considerate, efficient, and the tile is beautiful. They scheduled their work time around my schedule and were willing to go out of their way to do the very best job for me. Very fair pricing. They will be doing other jobs for me."

"Did a very good job! Very pleased!"
