"We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."

"It went well.  They laid it over a red asphalt tile.  The only problem was with our TV center, they didn"t pull it out and put the wood under there.  They came back and did it though.  They did a good job and gave me a guarantee.  They also did  my kitchen floor several years ago and they did a job on that too. "

"I broke an antique marble table into 3 pieces while moving. Sandro took the pieces and brought me back what looked like an all new table. Great service!"

"Closet-to-Bathroom Transformation — Beyond My Expectations! I hired Triune Renovations to convert an unused closet into a spa-like bathroom, and I still can’t believe this space used to hold hangers instead of rainfall showers! Every detail was thoughtfully executed — from the sleek barn door entry to the gorgeous shower tile with a custom nook and frameless glass doors. The fog-free mirror, marble-style flooring, and fresh white vanity gave it that luxe hotel feel I was after. The team was professional, creative, and patient with all my ideas. They didn’t just build a bathroom — they delivered an experience. If you’re considering any home renovation, don’t hesitate. Triune is top-tier!"

"The work is fantastic. We have a new, fully tiled, ADA-compliant seat installed in our shower, featuring high—quality workmanship."

"I was initially supposed to get laminate in two bathrooms and a laundry room. The installer informed me that are not allowed to reconnect anything they disconnect so since I did not no know how or had anyone around to reconnected I decided not to do the laundry room. I believe the salesperson told me it would take 4 hours. I could be wrong. However they didnt arrive until after 1 pm and didnt finish until almost 10 pm. If they also had to do the laundry room they would have been here till after midnight. They certainly should not start a job so late in the afternoon if its going to take them that long to complete. Finally, I forgot to ask them to leave a little leftover tile just in case a piece got damaged somehow then it could be cut out and replaced. I spoke to my saleperson and he said they usually do leave a little. He checked with the powers that be and was told no they would not provide me with any extra title. I was only talking about a strip, not a whole room worth. I've used Empire twice before and went through that same issue before. I only use Empire because you can get the job done usually the next day, but they are not a whole lot of options to choose from."

"Awesome job by Jose and his crew. They repaired the tile and ceiling in my bathroom."

"I hired this company. They sent me a very professional sales person who spent time with us to show us what they could do to replace just the two leaded glass panels in our solid wood front =door. We were very pleased with the salesman and he gave us lots of information, answered all our questions. We will be visited by the project manager next week to take measurements and then they manufacture the panels and will install them when they are completed."

"A member of Mr. Davis' team replaced some of the old tiles in my bathroom. He was very professional and focused. He created a design that required him to demonstrate a lot of patience and expertise. His work actually transformed the bathroom. During this time of COVID he was careful to keep his distance and always wore a mask. He was neat and used his time wisely. The owner, Mr. Davis, did not hesitate to answer any of my questions and was straight forward with his responses. I was very satisfied with the experience."
