"Oleg from Smile Tile was a fabulous find! Not only did he do a beautiful job installing my backsplash, he took his time to cut out the odd shaped tiles and make everything flow so that you did not see the squares the tiles were in. He is definitely a perfectionist, kind and professional. I highly recommend Oleg and would definitely use him again."

"If you are looking for the best of the best for tile cleaning, repair, or replacement then contact Jay at Mosaic Stone Restoration. For the past 7 to 8 years we have had our shower flower cleaned and restored. But it never worked. We still have mold, and grout lifting on the floor. This time I was determined to find the best. And Jay is the best. He talked to us, and made us understand what was happening with our shower floor. He gave us what I thought was a fair estimate. And after interviewing two other contractors I knew that Jay was the man we wanted for the job. He did not over sell us, or upsell us. He was just honest. I trusted him enough to say, let's not patch the floor anymore, let's replace the floor. He took the time to tell us all that would be involved and the time it would take. For the first time our shower is perfect. It not only looks great, but now the floor is even. So if you are looking for quality work, great service, great attitude, and the best of the best then you should call Jake at Mosaic Stone Restoration. We are not finished with him because there are always projects around our house. Next up will be the cleaning and polishing of our granite countertops. I trust Jay and know that it will be another great job. So glad we found him."

"Steven was a pleasure to work with.He aims to please and went the extra mile to get the exact color I wanted on my courtyard concrete patio."

"Gustavo and his helper did precision work! Great work ethic. They painstakingly installed subway tile in a bathroom for me, and did a beautiful job. Then they tiled the floor and did my kitchen countertops! I really couldn't have asked for a better outcome."

"We had a great experience- Scott was punctual, friendly, and sincere.  He spent over 5 hours slaving away on the shower and it looked great after. A couple few weeks later we noticed a couple areas that needed some attention and Scott came back and touched them up for no cost. I highly recommend working with Great Scott.

The gentleman spent quite a bit of time with me discussing the carpet and the caution that needed to be taken in cleaning it because he was not sure how stable the colors were or if it would buckle or shrink.  He said he would test to see if it in fact was wool and would try a topical cleaning approach.  If that didn't work, he'd call me to get authorization to take further measures.  The cost was to be $100.  A week later I went in to get the carpet and the same gentleman went through the issues with me.  He said they'd tried the topical method, but his feeling was it didn't improve the odor that much.  Since he'd determined that the color was NOT stable, he couldn't proceed with other cleaning for fear of ruining my carpet.  Therefore there was no charge at all and he said I would need to take it to a dry cleaner.  He explained a lot about the rug and how it was made and cautioned me about its care going forward.  It appears to be a delicate little flower!!  I didn't feel right not paying him anything for his effort and time;  so he said how about $30?  I thought that was very acceptable.  Yes, the carpet does still have odor, but it actually does seem to be quite a bit better.  My feeling is that this company is very reputable and I would definitely use them again.  I also had a strong recommendation to use Beacon from a local carpet company. As I prepared to leave I was given a bottle of carpet spot cleaner, for nothing! These people seem to be really good guys.
