"We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."

"Quality Flooring Services was able to take care of both my tile floors and my granite counter tops. They fixed two chips in the granite counter top almost seamlessly. I know the chips are there but anyone else looking at the counter top would probably not notice them especially after they polished and resealed them. I am very satisfied with the result. They were also able to save my tile floor in the kitchen. For some reason the spills and spots seemed to be sticking to the cheap sealer I had applied. Even mopping and hand cleaning did not get them off. I was thinking of replacing them until I called Quality Flooring Services. They came in and buffed off the old sealant and use professional grade sealant instead and so far they are holding up great. They look like new and just regular mopping removes the stains from the spills around the stove (I am a sloppy cook!), the sink, dishwasher, water dispenser and pet water fountain. And they were very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again."

"Justin came to my house and cleaned my tile floors and grout. He made a dirty white tile floor with dark grout look like new. The floor sparkled and the dirty grout was no longer dark, it was back to its original linen color. Justin knows a lot about floors. He told me what product to get for my wood floors and how to use the product. His advice was followed and now the floors are clean and shine. "We had 2 separate jobs. One carpet and the other tile in 2 small areas. The carpet crew were very good. The tile installation ended up well when the work was finished by 2 capable and professional women. The 1st crew that came out on Friday to do the work walkeded around on our new carpet with their shoes uncovered and sprawled on the floor while waiting for a call from the office. (Not professional in a residence). The color name of the tile was changed according to installation manager but did not appear to be the color I chose. The 2 person crew left for the day. Spoke to John from warehouse to pick another color. On Monday one person came out to finish but he said he needed another person to help after doing some old tile removal and filling in. (We had expected 2 workers like before) It was not until Wednesday that Lucy and her coworker came and finished the work. It was done in a professional manner with booties worn over shoes/ and or shoes removed upon entering and re-entering home. The salesman did not call back to verify that everything worked out, although we spoke to resolution person, installation manager and another manager from warehouse. (John was very helpful) but I'm not sure if it was him or Donte who only sent 1 worker to finish job the 2nd time, which was not a good decision. All in all it worked out albeit some frustration with lack of delegation from Resolution Dept and Warehouse."

"I used Omar's General Contracting to remodel my shower. The shower was very dated and on the small side based on how it was built not the available space. OGC stripped the shower down to the studs, the shower framing was reconfigured to take advantage of the additional space, the plumbing was moved over to fit the new layout and a bench was added. OGC was very open to listening and talking with me about what I wanted to do. When I moved the location of the bench to the another side of the shower, they accommodated my change of mind. We discussed how that affected the final shower look and we went on from there. It's perfect! The single shower head was replaced by a shower head, a sliding shower head mounted on a bar and body sprays. The frameless glass just makes it so inviting. The tile and finishing work are beautiful! OGC also hung cabinets, replaced a two piece vanity with a three piece vanity and changed the towel bars etc. to match. This definitely ranks as one of my favorite outcomes in a remodeling project."
