"Gavin is an absolute lifesaver! Our first contractor completely botched a large-format tile installation, leaving us with a nightmare of horrible lippage. We were desperate, facing a massive demolition of ruined floor. Gavin stepped in without hesitation, handled the demo, leveled the floor, and re-laid the tiles flawlessly. Since then, we’ve hired him for two more projects: a small bathroom and a complex master bath. The master bath had highly technical challenges, including a sloped shower pan, a tub deck that needed to sit perfectly flush with the tub edge, and large-format wall tiles. "The salesman and the workers were all professional and helpful. I had carpet installed in an empty three bedroom house, and vinyl tiles in two bathrooms, so it went pretty smoothly. Everything looks great! The only problems were the dust in the bathrooms from scraping the linoleum off the concrete slab, and the fact that the workers did not install the luan sub-flooring before the tiles. I was quickly refunded the cost of the missing underlayment. I'll hire them again!"

"My Wife & I  went to a local home improvement center to purchase some tiles for both our bathrooms. We found the tile that we wanted and asked a gentleman in the flooring dept. if he had any recommendations for a tile installer. He gave me a business card for Divine Tile & Stone. Being new to the area, my Wife & I were unsure who we should go with or trust. I called the Company and Miguel answered the phone. I explained to him what I needed done. He said no problem and asked if he could come to my house and give me a free estimate. I of course said "Yes". Free is always good. Miguel arrived on time for the estimate and quickly quoted what the cost would be and how long it would take. I decided to go ahead and have them perform the job based not only on the recommendation from the home improvement center but on Miguel's demeanor. It was a good decision. From start to finish, Miguel was very professional in everything he did. He kept me informed during the whole process. From arriving on time, to performing the tile & grout job, Miguel did an outstanding job. The tile actually came out better than we could have imagined! When he left, I went out to the front of my house where he had his work area set up and I could not find anything visible that he had left behind. Nothing! His skill, work ethic, promptness and cleanliness are the reasons I will be telling others about Divine Tile & Stone!
