"Jesse, the owner/operator, is very responsive and takes a great deal of pride in his work. He installed about 400 sq feet of maple hardwood flooring and did a site finish. He did such a great job that everybody that sees it says it looks like one big single slab of wood. As a bonus, he gave me advice on laying large plank tiles (I did that work) to avoid common problems with that type of application. When I realized that the flush, wood vents over in-floor space heaters was a design flaw (the heaters needed more ventilation than the wood vents offered), Jesse fixed the problem for free. He does all types of floor applications, not just site-finish hardwood floors. He's very professional in his work, and the one employee of his that I met was very customer-friendly. I recommend Innovation Flooring to everybody in Grand County."
